Thank you for shopping with Ambrosiya. We are committed to delivering your imported food products, chocolates, beverages, Dry fruits and gift hampers safely and on time across India.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During sales, festive seasons, or high-volume periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

3. Packaging & Handling
We take extra care while packaging imported food items, beverages, chocolates, and frozen products to maintain freshness and quality during transit.
Please note:
Frozen and temperature-sensitive products require special packaging and handling. -Chocolates may be affected due to extreme heat conditions despite careful packaging.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- Order confirmation message/email
- Tracking ID/AWB number
- Courier partner details
Customers can track their orders through the courier partner’s tracking portal.
5. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Customer unavailable during delivery
- Weather conditions or transport disruptions
- Courier partner delays
- Government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances
Re-shipping charges may apply for failed deliveries caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Damaged, Melted, or Missing Products
If you receive:
- Damaged products
- Leaking beverages
- Melted chocolates
- Missing items
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Product photos/videos
- Packaging images
Our support team will review and assist accordingly.
7. Non-Serviceable Areas
Some remote locations may not be serviceable for frozen or express delivery. In such cases, customers will be informed and refunds (if applicable) will be initiated.
