# RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Ambrosiya. We strive to provide high-quality imported food products, chocolates, beverages, dry fruits, frozen items, and gift hampers. Due to the nature of consumable products, we follow a limited return and exchange policy.

1. No Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

- Imported food items

- Chocolates

- Beverages

- Dry fruits

- Frozen products

- Opened or used products

- Gift hampers

Once delivered, products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect.

2. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges may be accepted only in the following cases:

- Wrong product delivered

- Damaged product received

- Expired product received

- Missing item in the order

Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Required Proof for Exchange

To process an exchange request, customers must share:

- Order number

- Unboxing video

- Clear product photos

- Packaging images

- Invoice copy (if available)

Without proper proof, exchange/refund requests may not be approved.

4. Exchange Process

- Once the issue is verified by our team, an exchange or replacement will be arranged.

- Replacement delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and delivery location.

- If replacement is unavailable, store credit or refund may be provided at our discretion.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed in cases where:

- Replacement product is unavailable

- Order cannot be delivered

- Order is cancelled by us due to stock unavailability

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange/refund requests will not be accepted for:

- Minor packaging dents during shipping

- Melted chocolates due to weather conditions

- Change of mind after order placement

- Incorrect address or contact details provided by customer

- Delivery delays caused by courier partners or natural conditions

7. Order Cancellation

- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

- Frozen products, custom hampers, and special imported products may not be eligible for cancellation.

8. Cash On Delivery (COD)

- COD charges of INR 69 are non-refundable.

- Repeated fake or rejected COD orders may lead to COD restriction for future purchases.
