At Ambrosiya, we offer Cash On Delivery (COD) service for the convenience of our customers on selected orders and serviceable locationsacross India. 

1. COD Eligibility

- Cash On Delivery (COD) is available only on orders above INR 999.

- COD service is applicable on selected products and eligible pin codes only.

- Certain products such as frozen items, imported chocolates, beverages, customized gift hampers, or bulk orders may require prepaid payment only.

2. COD Charges

A flat COD charge of INR 69 will be applicable on all Cash On Delivery orders.

- COD charges are additional and non-refundable.

3. Shipping Charges

- Standard delivery is FREE on orders above INR 999.

- Additional charges may apply for:

  - Express Delivery

  - Frozen Product Shipping

  - Chocolate Shipping

  - Last-Minute Delivery

4. Order Confirmation

- COD orders may require phone call or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch.

- Orders not confirmed by the customer may be automatically cancelled.

5. Refusal of Delivery

Customers are requested not to place COD orders unless they
are sure about accepting the delivery.

If a customer:

- Refuses delivery,

- Is unavailable repeatedly,

- Provides incorrect address/contact details,

- Or places fake orders,

then COD service may be restricted for future purchases.

6. Partial Payment / Advance

For high-value, bulk, frozen, or customized hamper orders,
we may request:

- Full prepaid payment, or

- Partial advance payment before dispatch.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a COD order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or customer refusal:

- Re-shipping will only be done after prepaid payment.

- Additional shipping charges may apply.
